Put on my new Injen Exhaust around a month ago. Around a week ago, I brought my car up to redline in 2nd, and my CEL started to blink, but then went away after around ten blinks. Any idea what this could be? Also my friend has a scanner but does the computer still store the CEL information if the light goes away?

Blinking CELs are not good. You are supposed to stop driving your car immediately.
That aside, was your car warmed up when you hit redline and got the CEL?

Yep, for at least 10 drive cycles IIRC.
But if your car wasn't warmed up and you redlined it (not a good thing to do, btw) that can cause a misfire in the engine causing the CEL to illuminate. Nonetheless, get the code scanned.
