I recently purchased a Speed Yellow 6s with sport package, fully loaded. However, the Bose stereo system upgrade has been disappointing. The equalizer has no midrange adjustment and the speakers sound like they are in a barrel. It isn't horrible but not nearly as good as I would have expected coming from Bose and considering the extra cost. Has anyone else noticed this?

first thing i hear the thing i had to turn the trebble up to 6 ...

I thought the Bose stereo sounded like dookie when I first got it. But after several hundred miles, I've gotten used to it and actually enjoy it. I'm not saying that it's great, but it's good enough for ME, that is until the install kits for normal DIN sized receivers are available.
