The Bluetooth has disappeared when I turn on the radio.
I tried one suggestion which was to disconnect the battery but this did not work. Any suggestions?

What year and specific model/trim do you have?

Is this OEM or aftermarket audio system?

How long did you leave the battery disconnected before reconnecting? It takes a little while for all residual energy to drain by itself.

Just simply disconnecting the battery and reconnecting it rarely does anything on modern vehicles. There are too many modules that has its own mini reserves capacitors that will still retain some residual energy to save some parameters.

Did you mess with any electronic systems recently?

You can try to find the fuse to the systems that includes the radio and pull it. Leave it out for several minutes (maybe 30m).

Check to see if you have an external Bluetooth ant. Maybe it’s unplug.

Factory software reset?

If your radio has an immobilizer code.. Write.That.Down first.
