So I've replaced the blower motor and resistor and no luck. I checked every fuse in the car and under the hood. I've pulled all the relays and swapped them around. I guess it's down to the switch. Anybody ever replace this? I assume it's under the radio? What is the relay in the cabin fuse panel for?

Did you provide a direct ground for the motor?

If it worked, could also be the climate control module ... unusual

Yeah, actually that relay in the drivers side kick panel is for the blower motor, the whole system actually. I hate when it's so simple after I made it so hard...

When I directly grounded the blower motor and it worked, that eliminated the blower relay and the ign switch as problems (that relay in the kick pannel is burried and would be tough to remove).

That left the climate-control-unit not requesting blower use, or the ACC PWM speed unit (the speed resistor pack for maual systems). My issue was a bad PWM speed control. After I did it, I should have let the dealer do it for the 1/2 hr labor charge.
