My 2012 Mazda 6 iTouring's battery died several times recently with no warning sign at all. Every time it died after a short trip and AC was on. I got it jumped and took to a mechanic for an inspection but was told the battery and alternator are fine, as well as the battery connections. So I am thinking of maybe some electric wiring issue, although not sure what could have gone wrong. Any suggestions?

If it dies while being driven, it's not charging. The alternator should make enough electricity to charge the battery and run the car. If it dies while sitting, you have a power drain somewhere.
