Topic says everything..

Cut a very small, inconspicuous vent in the hood so that the low pressure area over the hood can be used to draw air through the TMIC.

Maybe even just cut the plastic guard that faces the windshield and use that to vent the air..

Just a thought...

i think alot of people would be against cutting the hood from appearance standpoints as well the expense of having body work professionally done to clean it up lookwise.

I thought of that about a year ago but never went through with it for 3 reasons. 1) the way the support brackets are welded to it doesn't leave much room to do anything and cutting through them would: a) be a pretty difficult. b) seriously sacrifice strength integrity. 2) aesthetics. 3) there are readily available carbon fiber hoods that are vented which would solve all the other problems.

where? the only one ive seen is that srt-4 looking one. :bleh:[/b]
those 2 were obviously talking about the REGULAR 6..... those guys have tons of options. MS6ers don't have any that are "readily available"..... only the SINGLE Fiber Images CF scoop hood. Other than that, it is CF OEM or OEM....... Hell, even a nice fiberglass one would be a good option at this point.....
