They don't work.. hmm... would you recommend them, or is it a waste of money? I like the look, but if its a money pit...I have DDE's. BUt they no longer work so I can't post a pic. sorry. ALOT of members here have them though....
As for the Mirror Covers. Be carefull. I heard they are kind of shitty and you can tell they are just cover because they do not fit flush and tight or whatever. Don't know from personal experience though so I can not say beyond what I've heard others say.[/b]
 DAMN! That's a GREAT LOOKING 6 you've got going there.I wouldnt get the angel eyes from ebay, I'd recommend the RPM store, that's where I got them from, and they offer lifetime warranty. Whenever I get some free time I'll take some pics of mine.
check this thread with some pics of the angel eyes, just in case you havent really seen what they look like on a 6

They're the guys who helped me (well pretty much did all the work) install my angel eyes.[/b]
Dang, those puppies are bright! Here are the halos I installed on my old 6 http://s113.photobucket.com/albums/n234/Shokr171/
and here are the ones on my speed currently http://s113.photobucket.com/albums/n234/Sh...71/Mazdaspeed6/[/b]
I've always liked the look of the halos but am afraid to do it for fear of getting moisture in the housing.Yeah they're awsome... best visual mod i've done / seen probably....
HUUUUGEEEE Pain in the ass to install.... taking the lights apart is slow and annoying... have to be careful not to scratch or smudge anything inside or out.... cause you can't edit>undo.... As for lifetime warranty... I don't blame them.. 90% of their customers would rather keep the broken ones.. than rip the lights apart again... pull them off.. and ship them back for replacements to repeat the whole process again lol...
But the RPM ones seemed good quality... not sure what the ebay ones would be like.... For all I know the ebay ones could be EXACTLY the same and RPM just tryin to make some extra cash.... HOWEVER RPM will work with you to install and answer questions... and help with any broken shipments.. and such.. where as the ebay guy probably doesn't care....
DDE Halos are Awsome choice if you have a weekend to install them...[/b]
I feel the same for the mirror covers when I was looking at my options . In the end I went ahead with my original idea of putting LED fender flashers . They are from BMW 330 Ci 2005 .I definitely won't do the mirror covers and the angel eye's look like more work than I want to put in.[/b]
I'm not sure I completely understand you. Are you saying that I'm worried about the wrong thing? The housing is not sealed so you can get the moisture out just pull out the head lights and put a hair drier on low heat to it. your worried about opening up q head light that can cost a lot of moeny to replace. The big problem with the moister is the spots it will leave on the inside of the light. this is where it gets back to opening the pain in the ass up again .[/b]
Yes your worried about the aftermath of the water not the water. Sorry if i was not clear. I think the angle eyes are a little bit much for me i like the the after market mirrors thoughI'm not sure I completely understand you. Are you saying that I'm worried about the wrong thing?[/b]
