I've always thought we (Ind, Ill, Ohio & Mi) should be considered "mideast" but then I thought about and came to the conclusion 'that's probably not a good name'

I've sometimes heard it referred to as Mid-Atlantic - but that starts sounding like coastal states.

I'm currently going to school in CO but I live south of KC about 70 mi.
