Are there any dealers that want to take internet business?

I'm getting ready to drop ~$1500 on a 10year/100k extended warranty, but I don't want to pay sales tax, and I want to bargain up from wholesale, not down from list.

It's easy to find dealers like this for other nameplates, but this is the first time I've tried with Mazda and no luck so far.

Both with $100 deductibles, and both with 20k or less on the odometer of the car being covered.
