I know this is an old thread, but I'm wondering if anyone else in the area either owns or has noticed a Gen3 6 (Blue Reflex, I think) with some sort of illumination of the chrome strip under the front grille. I was driving home from work earlier this week around 7am on 280S between Redwood City and Mtn View and unless I was imagining things, the chrome strip was faintly glowing on that 6.

That is probably the signature illumination from the 3rd Gen GT package.

I like it on mine, need to relocate my front plate so it doesn't block that portion of the LED

D'oh! I guess maybe I could've done a search about it first. Heh. Obviously, I had no idea it was an actual accessory. At least now I know it wasn't my tired eyes.

BTW, have you installed the Wet Okoles on your seats yet? I've been meaning to ask someone with a GT if you can still feel the OEM seat heaters through the neoprene. I've had Wet Okoles on my previous 2 daily drivers but both had cloth seats and no heaters.

What are you, my wife?

Still sitting in my garage, but it's on my list. I have had Wet Okole's on heated leather before, you could feel it.
