I have a 2006 m6 sport i. I was wondering if anyone has been able to install new headlights without removing the bumper. That seems like an awful lot of work just to change out some bulbs. Any info anyone can give me would be greatly appreciated. Thanks all!

changing headlights requires removal of the bumper, yet just changing the bulbs does not.

I have a 6s so I had to remove the coolant resevoir to get to the passenger side bulbs. Not bad at all once that is moved to the side. The drivers side was pretty straight forward. Take a look at the write up from zzzzooomer (do a search, thats what I did!)

Good luck!
