I have a 05 Mazda 6 3.0 that I'm putting back together. I'm very sure I took off the pulse wheel with the gap facing opposite the key way. Now I'm ready to put it back on but I'm seeing lots of opinon and instructions that it should goes on the other way. Could things have changed over production years? People reference the AJ engine. I don't know how you determine that. Any help? All I know it says Variable Valve timing on the cover and is bitch to work on.
