wondering if it would be at all possible to get to the harness of the speakers out of the bose amp and power the door speakers with an aftermarket amp?

im not sure where the amp for the door speakers is but im hoping its in the trunk.

The Bose amp is under the passenger seat.

I'm not really sure what you're asking in your first question.

You want to swap out the Bose amp with an aftermarket one, without replacing the stock Bose speakers, correct?

Yes that's why I was asking for clarification of what his intentions were.

my apologies guys. my plan is to run aftermarket components in the front door. maybe some aftermarket fill speakers in rear doors. so if the stock amp is under the pass seat, run power from bat to under the seat to aftermarket amp and send power to the doors through the wires that connect to the bose amp (of course wont be connected to bose amp anymore). reason i ask is because i want to upgrade door speakers and amp the easiest way possible.

something like this:

How much power are you planning on giving the components? If you are going active you would absolutely have to run new speaker wire. If you are doing less than 50 watts per channel I think you may be ok running it through the stock wire but it would still be safer to just run new wire. I can understand why you don't want to run new wire... So f' annoying haha

I would still run new 16 gauge wire ( or pay a shop to just run the wire).

Are you sure your aftermarket amp will fit under the seat? I know mine will not.

Yes the signal is line level so all you would have to do is put RCA plugs on the wires and plug it into your aftermarket amp for the signal.
