Since the MAZDA6 is already out in other countries (Im over here in the states); shouldn't there be after-market parts for it? esp. in japan?
Im waitin on the HB to come over, but in the mean time, I can buy parts for it.
Engine Performance parts, Body Kits, any kind of accessory???

also, will the navigation system come in any of the US models??

If you browse through this forum (I know, it takes a while!) you'll find several links to aftermarket sources for mostly body kits so far.

Japanese sites probably are loaded with aftermarket stuff, and we've only got one (!) Japanse friend as member here, and we can't expect him to translate all those weird signs for us!:sarc

Anyway, I'm sure there will be lots and lots of stuff. Duratec Performance is looking into developing some tuning stuff (see threads about that).

Sorry, but there is yet no definite word on yes or no-go to nav for US market. But let me put it this way: DEMAND it!

Mazda is much more depending on you guys than you are depending on Mazda. YOU write the rules. Send them a mail.

Not for the December release, but Mazda has stated that they are working on it. See this post.

T whome this may concern,
PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! include dvd-navigation system on the
MAZDA6.
Im waiting for the hatchback to come out, but Im also thinking about a
maxima or an accord. If you will want to win me over, as well as many as

hundreds of thousands of potential buyers, you will include the
navigation
system. If you can, please email me with a response when you have an
idea if
the navigation system will be installed or not.

Way to go. Keep demanding.

A free market is a question of supply and demand.

You bring the demand - Mazda will bring the supply. I promise it works...;)
