EDIT: The file must be saved as a .BMP image, and must be 1 bit resolution
for the Dash Hawk to recognize it.

I used The Gimp, which is very much like Photoshop but free.

Any Graphic Editor that can generate a 1-bit BMP file. It must be made
to the specific size or it won't work. Dowload the latest software for the
Dashhawk, there will be a blank file in the "Splash" Folder. Copy it, then
paste your image into that blank file, then touch it up as you see fit.
