I´m also looking for the latest FW for my Mazda 6 2019,
Current firmware is 70.0.200 EU N

Does anybody know if 74.00.324A will allow the touchscreen to work while moving?

I´m also looking for a answer to this question. The navigation button is driving me nuts and AppleCarPlay are clearly not designed for navigation using this method.
But fun thing is. If you look at Mazdas owners manual you should be able to enable touch screen while driving?

But i just found this video on YT.

Looks pretty easy. I will go try it out and report back

I just tried and sadly it seems to not work if you like me have a firmware of 70.0.00 or above.

I just upgraded to 74.0.324A and from my 1 minute testing it seems to work just fine.
CarPlay has become a lot faster and the menu system in general seems to be faster.
