You are probably trying to search for the term 20, but our seerach engine requires the phrase to be at least 3 characters long (consecutively).

Stock ...
215/50R17

To maintain the overall diameter so that the speedometer remains accurate you need to use the plus 1 sizing method

Plus 1 ...
225/40R18

Another plus 1 ...
235/30R19

Another plus 1 ...
245/20R20

Do they even make such a tire????

Plus your fenders will get in the way!!!!

I wasnt makin a stupid ass remark

If you search all the threads for 20s, I was just giving you a polite heads up what to expect.

There are RARE occasions where people fit 20s on their car. Personally, I dont know how it fits without them rubbing like crazy, having the tires pulled, or else a widebody kit.

I second what gremlyn said.

If your going to put 20s on it, you might as well not stop there and go for the 56s. Monster truck tires make a 265/5/30 dont they? You would of course need to lift the car 2 feet but since Mazda is made by Ford, you can swap out one of their F-150 kits and it bolts onto the 6.

It would look something like this:

Check this thread, and then you wont see my response as a smart ass reply but a subtle HEADS UP

Anytime I need a good laugh, I read this thread:

And he rubs like a bastard cause his offset is way off, and the rims are 20x8.5.

20's are so gay

20's with lambo doors....yet not even a body kit, or even factory sport package???

That guy needs to tweak his priorities.

In my opinion, anything over 19 inches and the car starts to resemble a Conestoga wagon.

can 20's fit on the 6 without any modifications? if yes what would the rim and tire size be? i have 18's on there now with 215/40/18 tires and they rub around turns and bumps, mostly  when people are in the back

The short answer is no. It's not safe. But then again, who on earth advised you to put 215/40R18 tires on your car? Not safe, either. :nono:

Can someone please delete every future question regarding 20" rims on a 6. The only threads that should be allowed are the ones that discuss how gay they look. Get a penis enlargment to compensate for your lack of self-esteem.
