2021 - 3800 miles - engine oil light on then off

Hoping someone can advise if they have this issue. Was driving over to Zaxby's for lunch and my oil engine indicator came on. Have to go up a hill to get to it but it's only a quick incline then levels out. Sitting in line a minute after and the engine oil light comes on. Check the vehicle status screen and it says engine oil low. I turn off the car right there, turn it back on and the indicator light goes out, nothing in vehicle status screen. Car is not running oddly or anything, no smoke, initial look around the engine doesn't show any visible leaks (can't see under the car due to the cover in place down there at the moment, but nothing on the concrete either. Park the car back at work (less than 2 miles) and wait about 30 minutes and oil reads practically dead center between the two marker holes (as far as I'm aware that's perfectly acceptable). Going to take it by the dealership when I get off.

disregard this. posted in the appropriate section (2013 - present technical). only posted here because i'm newbie to this particular vehicles forum :)
Dont cross post :(
Did you check the oil level?
Sorry, is there a way to delete the post? I couldn't find it.
Yes, thought I posted that. Oil is between the two marker holes (practically dead center).
Then i wouldnt worry about it unless it comes back on, and then id go straight to the dealer, with it still on if possible, just drive carefully.
My thoughts as well. If it comes on again, I'll pull over, rest the engine, check the oil and then get with the dealer. First maintenance is coming up at 5k in the next 1.5-2 months so ideally it won't show again and they can notate any oil shortage if applicable. Thank you.
Make sure you take a video and/or pictures as evidence to show it to your dealer.

Monday (9/27) evening the light came on again, checked dip stick and it was reading right at the bottom hole. Took it to the dealer and what the tech told my Dad (bought the car from him there) and I that Mazda stated up to a quart per 1k miles is possible of burnoff. Tech said to go ahead and top it off. Turns out that from bottom hole to top hole is right about 1/2 quart which seemed odd. Based on that it seems about 1/4 quart since the last time it occured. Scheduled first service for next Tuesday so will update then.

Summary
Some vehicles may have a LOW ENGINE OIL LEVEL warning message and a CHECK ENGINE light illuminated in the instrument cluster, along with DTC P250F:00 stored in memory. DTC P250F:00 - Engine oil level signal: engine oil level low. Upon inspecting the engine oil level, the level is found to be low and there doesn't appear to be any trace of oil leakage in the engine compartment. This concern usually occurs when the mileage reaches approximately 3,100 - 4,700 miles (5,000 - 7,500km) and may also occur again after replacing or topping off the engine oil. The root cause of this concern has not been identified yet, therefore a repair procedure will be announced at a later date. Since this issue has been reported after a valve stem seal modification, it is very likely that valve stem seal damage is causing oil to leak into the combustion chamber.

You know, I'd hope that folks would be checking their engine oil levels once in a while... oh, every 2nd or 3rd fuel-fill? Motor oil is the engine's life-blood!

This is interesting. It sounds like from the report it occurred after the modification yes? I haven’t had any valve seal moditifications.

I think the report implies that the "modification" was done on the manufacturing end and not after the car was purchased.
Updating this post since we have resolution (or seem to have resolution). I never got a CEL but the low oil light came on as anticipated January 4th after cold start ( from being parked over night). The light turned off about 7 minutes later. Went straight to dealer, explained to them what has been going on ( around 1500 miles left till service the low engine oil level light comes on). They said they would schedule it to be looked at for the 24th of this month. I explained to the service advisor about the service bulletin fix and that the car was under warranty, and that the light will come on again later today and she told me just to call them if it does. Well, sure enough, the light came on when I left work and this time never turned off. I went straight to the dealer ( this was apprx 1730) and spoke to the service advisor ( a different one) and she stated the only one to pull codes is a tech and she'd have to see if they have one. Within a few seconds a finance manager ( the one i did my finance work with) walked in and asked me how i was and about the car. He told me to give him the keys and he'd go get a tech right then. He took the car back right then and after 15 minutes he came back up, and sure enough the code was pulled even though I never had a CEL. He explained he couldn't release the vehicle to me with this problem (thus topping off the oil is NOT a fix, so for those thinking it's ok to do, don't, you are not fixing anything) or it would void the warranty.

My next issue, shouldn't the spark plugs be replaced under this warranty? Since the tech is having to go down to the cylinders, wouldn't the plugs be replaced as they could very well be fouled with the oil leak going on? Also, isn't this causing more strain on the catalytic converter? I'm also thinking that this may be why I am seeing the rpm's bounce b/w 500 and 750 when the car is idling. I'll know soon enough if this took care of that. I'm thinking that since the loaner I'm in (a 2022 CX-5) hold the rpms steady at 750 no problem.

My big problem is how nonchalant the dealer advisors i spoke with were about this. It was a brand new purchase 20 months ago. I bought my car from my dad (sales at the that time) who is now a finance manager at another one of their Mazda dealerships, I'm friends with the owner of the dealership. I don't like and didn't throw names, titles, etc around as it shouldn't need to be done when I have been talking about this issue for over a year with them and had it up there when the light was on. Though I am currently all setup, i am internally beyond livid about this whole process prior to the finance manager coming in and taking matters into his hands.
