*I have a 2014 mazda 6 2.5 petrol , it has 25k kms on it , I drive it on the highway and the check engine light with tcs came on also the screen started to switch on and off by itself and I couldn't accelerate I had my foot down to the end but the car didn't want to accelerate I pulled over and when I put the gear in park I felt a hard kick coming from the transmission alo thought the car was stopped I switched it off then in again and every thing except the check engine light come off after switching it off again when I reached my house the check engine light turned off . I took the car to the dealership the next day they said that maybe the battery is wee and causing those problems and that I better change it , but they are not really sure that's wat I understood*

So does any one had a same problem

It sounds like the vacuum pump mate mine did the exact same. It cut out eventually after carrying on running it with the light on. It cut out for a while but I left it and tried it later that day and it started up I don’t know why but it did. When it cuts out it will sound like it’s not getting any combustion. But don’t fooled because I had someone come look at it ASAP while my gf friends boyfriend was working and they was 100% sure it was not getting any combustion and it would cost around £1000 £1500 to sort. But later that day my gfs friends boyfriend came and had a look, like this lad knows his s**t about cars. He plugged laptop in and the only error he was getting was the DPF so he ran it and cleaned it and cleared it and rest it. The car ran okay and a few days later it came back on I checked for recalls and there is a recall for this. It says on google ‘The vacuum pump may wear prematurely, meaning that in some applications where the brake pedal is pressed quickly whilst at low engine speed the servo assistance provided by the vacuum system is decreased’. I rang Mazda but they said this wasn’t a recall for my car even though on the internet it said it was. So now i sort of knew what the problem was after days of looking and stressing my mate said look order the part and I’ll do it for you. So I got the part which was £266 and he put it on a few days later the light came back on. So I decided to ring Mazda again to see what they could do. I actually had a recall for the seat belts so I took it in and paid £80 for them to look at it and they didn’t really say what the problem was for a while and i said look I’ve just paid £80 for you to find the problem it’s your company who specialises in Mazda if you can’t find the problem then something isn’t right there. Anyway later that day I went to pick the car up and the women said look this is what the problem and it will cost £380 for the part plus labour. I told her that I had the part fitted and she didn’t want to tell me but In the end she did and the part was a 2013 which was sold on the internet as a 2014 and you can only tell the difference with the writing on the side of it. So I ended up ordering the correct part 2014 and sent the other one back. I had it fitted last week and so far no problems or any lights and the car feels fine. Just a heads up because this error is hard to find on the laptops I seen for myself your best option is taking it straight to mazda for them to tell you what the problem is instead of wasting time and money on people checking and trying to find the problem. My mate is very good with cars but even he didn’t understand why it was only coming up with DPF.
