Newbie to Mazdas, just trying to make the wagon look a bit nicer with some clean rims.
If the above won't fit what kind of numbers am i looking at for max width and roughly around what offset.

This is a challenging question. I have seen one Mk2 wagon on here since I joined. I bet they are not too different than the Mk1 saloon/sedan but those are pretty uncommon around here as well. I would work with a reputable wheel shop and see what they can do to help you.
