Out of the wires in the picture does anyone know which one is the positive and which one is the negative that are running to the door speaker, I know it's probably a simple answer but I'm a newbie,thanks

The BRown (+) and White (-) wires are inputs to the front left door speaker. The Green (+) and Orange (-) wires are outputs to the left tweeter. The screenshot below is of the wiring diagram.

Thank you so much for your reply that's alot of help, another question will the rear door speakers be the same colour wiring for each side if not is there a wiring diagram for the rear speakers, thanks.

The rear speakers use different colour codes.

Left Door Rear: Violet (+) Pink (-)
Right Door Rear: White/Light blue (+) Black/Light blue (-)

Centre Front: Green (+) Green/Black (-)
(I've added the Centre Front here because that's how the wiring diagram has it, ie, with the rear door speakers...go figure)

The wiring diagram shows the following:

For those who have the sedan:

Rear Centre: Red (+) Pink (-)

For those like you who have the Hatchback and Wagon (you lucky Europeans!)

Bass Box: 2 x Red (+) 2 x Pink (-)
