You've probably got a tear or crack in your intake accordion hose. Electrical tape does a decent short term fix, but a new hose would do better.

has anybody with a 2005 Mazda 6 have a reaccuring vacuum leak out of a hose underneath the intake and throttle body I've had this problem multiple time and everytime is does it it runs like crap at idle it'll jump and stutter and since of the vacuum booster in the brake everytime I hit the breaks it kills the motor has anybody else had this problem...Per title, What did you to to the 6 today?!! Hmmm. That's a little deeper problem. 4 banger or V6?we've had 2 different shops fix the same issue and it keeps coming back and it costs around 700$ to fix everytime because they have to take the whole intake manifolds off the get to the damn thing.
