I just had to replace this motor with a good low mile replacement engine.

Install went great and went to fire her off and got the following codes.

P0345 Cam Position Sensor A Bank 2

P0117 Engine Coolant Temp Sensor Circuit Low

P0641 Sensor Reference/Voltage A Circuit Open

P0098 Intake Air Temp Sensor 2 Circuit High

P1C80 ????????????
P101C ????????????

I think the major issue might be the Cam position sensor because it seems to wanna start. I am very well vs. in V8's so let me know what you guys think.

what motor do you have? the 6 came with a few different options. did you swap the sensors from the original motor over tot he new one? alot of them changed over the years. and if you got a used motor, it could have been a different year. just something to think about.

Monoxide post sounds like right answer with swapping sensors. With code for bank 2 cam position sensor, must be a V6. I looked up a few codes, the P0098 looks to be a Turbo only code, (unless you wrote it down wrong) is not listed for regular I-4 or AJ engine in my 07 SM. The P0117 is common to all engines coolant temp sensor or wiring. The cam sensor could just be bad connector or connection sending bad signal to computer. Check for bad grounds also. Could be different year engine and your control module not working properly with it. Have no idea what last two you codes are, found nothing like that in my manual and don't understand the P0098 code being for turbo engine.
