Wish me luck. Mechanic told me that was the correct part, I just seem to have an unusual car. Stick, 6 cyl. engine...

Hopefully that will reduce/eliminate some of the noise I'm minimizing now!

Great.
A very common mount that fails for the manual trans is the lower rear mount (GK2C-39-040C) as this handles most of the twisting encountered by the driveline.
I have had good luck with aftermarket versions.

The OEM transmission mount listed for yours looks different that what you pictured. The part number comes up as (GK2C-39-070E)
I have NOT had good luck with aftermarket on this mount but it could be different with the MTX. After several tries I purchased the OEM part for my 5-speed ATX

It will make a nice improvement in your driving feel.

That is where I do most of my shopping but not an option right now with the borders closed. Shipping to Canada of heavy auto-parts many times is more expensive than the part itself.

I've never had good luck with aftermarket rubber parts, they always fail within a year. I might go with OEM.
