That big of wheel with a 42mm offset? You may have to do more than just roll the fenders. It will be a tight fit all around, even rolled.

I put on 19x8 wheels with a +45 offset and I added a 3mm spacer just to get the fenders rolled because this way I knew in the future I won't have to roll again. They didn't rub after the roll with the spacers on the the tire size was a 235/35-19. The roll had to be done twice and the shop took about 3 hours total. He said it was the most extensive roll they have ever done, and had to call a paintless dent removal company to help out. It's was a lot of work and only cost me $100 CDN. I'm sure you can find someone locally to do it for you.

I have 19x8 with +45 and we removed the extra fender material in the rear by cutting it. After an alignment I am not rubbing at all.
