I'll be replacing basically every fluid in my car over the weekend, woohoo. I ordered some Neo 75w90 HD online, among other things, in preparation for this. The company I ordered from, however, accidentally sent me the RHD version instead. The manual states that I can use GL4 or GL5 MTX fluid. The RHD is GL5-GL6.

From what some have said online, the RHD may contain sulfur. Sulfur can cause oxidation of copper, brass, bronze, etc. I can't find out from what metal the 05 6i's synchros are made, nor can I find any information to confirm or deny the safety of using the RHD in our transmission. I can't even find any damn data sheets on the RHD.

Sure, I could contact the company I bought the stuff from and get them to ship me the HD. I could also just sell the RHD and buy the HD, making a small profit. I'd honestly like to not be bothered with either and just use the stuff, so long as it's safe. If anyone can help me out here, it'd be great.
