I picked up my 2006 speed6 grand touring may of 2012 with a bad timing chain, i plan on replacing the engine maybe with a upgraded block and then some bolt ons wish me luck we will see how she comes.
Well as of oct 2013 my car is up and running, just a quick list of what is done:
-rebuilt motor-eagle rods and weisco pistons, deleted the balance shaft egr and installed a oil pan baffle all from jbr(their stuff is awesome), new bearings, head and main studs, comectic head gasket, slightly ported head, new timing chains oil pump and vvt actuator.
-upgraded hpfp internal (i dont remember which brand)
-SURE injector seals and hold downs
-steed speed exhaust manifold
-gt30r external tial waste gate
-atp down pipe
-cpe dual exhaust
-cx racing intercooler and by pass valve
-mazdaspeed intake
-ebay catch can with a second pcv
-auto meter red lit boost guage
-cobb with Rich Tune (Anthony is awesome)
-cpe rear motor mount
-jbr by pass hose
-grimm speed ebc
-350 Clutch master kit with aluminum flywheel
